We are wondering about getting a wagon for our tripawd too!
Lucky is a 10 year old golden missing the front right leg.
Hebis having a very tough time with his back left leg and we had a custom brace made a year ago but he is having a hard time now.
I was happy to see Shelby’s little red wagon in this string of posts.
I think we will do just that.
thanks for sharing that picture.

I'm so glad you chimed in! I saw we missed you in the Tripawds Chat yesterday. Thank you for sharing Lucky's story. Please feel free to start a new topic all his own so we can better help you. And until then, have you met with a canine rehab therapist about his current state of mobility? Do they know the brace isn't working? I'm guessing you did but I thought I would check.

That looks great, good job!
You might consider adding a leash that threads through the back part of the stroller to handles so you have control of him. My dog stroller has a clip built in but I found it not to be very useful so I made my own. Once my dogs learned to ride in it they usually stayed put but every now and then one of them would try and jump out- with the leash I could prevent that. I also modified my dog stroller so I don't use the top which zipped closed- in fact it looks very much like yours!
It takes some pups a while to get used to it so good job going slow. My quad-Pug Tani needed the stroller because of her arthritis but she HATED it at first. She would bark most of the time and try and get out. It took a while but she finally got into it and then would ride quietly.
