I am trying to find one of the Slo Bowls that can be used in a raised feeder. Murphy definitely needs to slow his eating process, but it don't really want to use a floor level dish for him. Are there any bowls like this available?

Kathi and Murphy

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

We love Wyatt's Brake-Fast Dog Bowl

It's big and while I can't find a raised feeder it will fit into, we just place it on top of a step stool with a non-skid surface.

Thanks, Jerry. We have something called a Gobble Stopper that suctions into the bottom of his bowl, but he just takes it out and keeps on gobbling. If I can't find one of there bowls tomorrow at our local pet store, I will go through Tripawds to Amazon and order one.

We had the same problem with Meesha gobbling up her food too quickly as well. I got a smaller ceramic (vet doesn't want us to use anything plastic/vinyl) slow feeder bowl from Petsmart that fits inside her other bowl. It's working beautifully and is too heavy for her to pick up.

Harmony became a Tripawd on 10/21/14 (MCT). She left us way too soon on 11/1/14.

Thanks Kathi! They make the Breakfast in metal too if you don't want it in plastic.

That ceramic bowl is pretty neat too!
