Shanna,
I was so saddened to read of Troubles passing. She has been such an inspiration to me. The Tripawd Community lost another true Hero and she will be greatly missed.
My tears are flowing for your loss, our loss, our beautiful Trouble. She fought such a hard fight and she beat cancer what a great warrior she was.
Rest in Peace Trouble....
Forever in our heart
Jo Ann & Tasha
Tasha 8 years old, First cancer diagnosis 6/26/09, Last cancer diagnosis 9/26/09, Amputation 10/01/09, Loving our girl moment by moment.
Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
Oh Shanna! I am so sorry.....Trouble was one of the first tripawds I learned about when we began Zack's journey, and we celebrated each ampuversary with you. She was such an inspiration. And, her suggestion of green beans as a midnight snack allowed us many nights of restful sleep by filling Zack's seemingly insatiable belly up.
The next few weeks and months will be hard (as you already know), but we hope you will soon be able to smile at your memories of Trouble, and take comfort in knowing you provided her such a great life.
Our thoughts will be with you and your family.
Zack, King of Dogs, 1996 to 2010
Zack lived a full 14 years, even to the end.
The joy and memories he provided us will last a lifetime.
Surviving him is his sister, Izzy, a 12-year-old boxer mix quadpawd.
And the latest addition, Zula, an 11-month-old pit bull mix tripawd.
Thank you Trouble for your strength and your example here on earth! And thank you Shanna for exactly the same thing.
Yoda's been there to welcome her too, just as you and Trouble were among the very first to welcome us here -
Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
Videos and pics of Gerry's pawesomeness can be found at: http://gerry.tripawds.com
Shanna;
I'm so sorry that Trouble's earthly journey has ended. We never have enough time. God speed to the Bridge, Trouble !
Sending you strength and empathy,
Tana

"Going Dog" def: living every day in the moment
"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are."

Oh Shanna I'm so sorry. I couldn't write earlier for all of my tears. I, like most on here, seemed to think that Trouble was always going to be around. She was invincible. She took on cancer and WON! Not many can say that.
What an amazing life and relationship you shared. Those wonderful years of memories will keep you going in your hours of darkness.
Run free sweet Trouble, you have taught us all such great lessons and you will always be remembered. When you run into Tai give her a big kiss on the nose from me.
Laura
Tai – 9 yr old lab. Diagnosed Osteosarcoma Dec 18/09. Front right leg amputated Dec 21/09. Started chemo Jan 7/10. Lung mets discovered Sept 16/10. Valiant to the end on Oct 26/10 when cancer reappeared in a leg and we made the decision to set her free. Forever in my heart where not even cancer can take her from me.
