There are a COUPLE of things wrong with the above comment. First, Tazzie is a HE not a "SHE". Can't you get that straight yet?!? Just for that I might post a pic of Tika in her boxer shorts!
Second, is asking one of your favorite pals to post her pretty picture so that I can see it when I look at my own picture "scolding"? If so, let's make this tribute only about MEEE MEEE MEEE!!!
In any case, I am happy to see more of Genie, Wrigley and Max through their pictures. I have seen their names since we joined the tripawd world this summer and know next to nothing about them, well except that Genie is REALLY keen on food and knows what is good for dogs and not so good. (Genie - Wyatt wants to know your professional opinion on road flares as a diet supplement. That is a question we forgot to ask the oncologist, eh, Jerry?) And of course we all know that Wrigley LOVES the snow.
Ah-hem.
First to Genie. WHOOPS. I's forgotted you were also a moderator.
Secondly to the 'scolder': I was referring to the two legger, not the spirit three legger so THHHHPTTT! (hey where's a good razzing smiley when you need one!)
And to defend my comment: Scolding is nice, I have been remiss. Our Lady malamute needed to show off her snarkiness!
And MR!!!!! Tazzie: Tika was a complete tee-totaler, German Shepherd is a wino, so ya gotta watch her.
AND, AND, AND!!! The bright obnoxious yellow raggedy ann blanket on the floor, MINE, my baby blanket! It's uh, er, uh, well, 40 years old! Did I just admit that? Both the age and that I still have it?
Love to all of our spirit puppies!

OMG, I have a Raggedy Ann blanket, too! Mine has a peach color background. My mom made it during her quilting phase. (my brother got a Snoopy one!)
Mine is in my car for Comet and I bring it to the vet sometimes so she doesn't have to stand on the floor. Mine's NOT 40 years old, tho. (Maybe 35 years old because it wasn't my baby blanket, more like a pre-teen thing!)
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Seeing Jerry's anniversary post today (hugs to Rene and Jim) made me think of the photo tribute. It is nice to have a place to see the pics of the dogs we have come to know and love but have also lost. Still missing the mugs of many, so feel free to post one of your favorite tripawd's pictures here as a place where we can go to remember them all.
(Maybe I should ask admin if he can delete the text posts I made previously, above, so we leave this thread to the pictures. I don't think my moderatoring 'powers' allow me to remove posts. That would be scary, eh?)
