It's with a heavy heart that we made the decision to let Chloe go tomorrow at 1pm. She is not well today. Can barely stand up without assistance, breathing very labored. Her eyes are saying it's time. My heart hurts I can't stop crying but I have to let her free from her fragile body that can no longer support her soul.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support. Thank you Sally for the beautiful dream translation, out truly helped. I will come back when I'm ready to share her last day but for now I say thank you.

I knew reading your post would bring tears to my eyes but I felt compelled to let you know that people care and our thoughts are with you and Chloe. The title of your post mentions 'good-bye'.....keep in mind that Good-byes are not forever nor are they the end, they simply mean you will miss them until you meet again and I do believe we will be with our 4-legged friends again in another life. God be with you during this difficult time and may He hold Chloe in His arms until you can hold her once again.
Ohhhh we are so very sorry. Our hearts ache knowing that you are in this very difficult time. All of us send our love and hugs to Chloe and you too. Let her know that she will be greeted by all our Tripawd angel heroes, there is a big group waiting to romp and play on four legs, and she will too.

I won't say much right now but just to remind you what your heart knows. You are givi g Chloe Sasha the greatest gift of love we can ever give our puls when they afe ready to transition. And Chloe Sasha told you she's ready to shed herself of her earthly body that no longer serves her.
And Chloe Sasha gave you one of the greatest gifts she could give as a way of saying "Thanks Mom! I have had THE best time with you and I am going to be fine and always with you!" YES, she gave you that enlightened lpving dream...that vision she shared with you so you would KNOW she is ALWAYS with you and so you would KNOW how happy she will be free of those failing earth clothes.
She is with you now. Now is all that matters. We are with you now. You love Chloe Sasha sooooo much you will get thrpugh these upcoming mome ts in a way that shows her you will be okay. She knows that, but she needs you to know that. Make every moment a one of celebration with her. You love her so much you can do this. WE ARE RIGHT HERE BY YOUR SIDE!!
I'm sending you every ounce of strength I have and sending every ounce of love I have....the whole community is.
And one more thing. Chloe is already in the transition process and sooo excited to join APRIL's ANGELS! Yes, there will be sooooo many April Angels, as well as everyone else, on standby to greet Chloe Sasha! They will jave wheelbarrows full of ice cream and junk food!! The pawty will be non stop as she runs free and frolics and breathes easily with clear bright eyes!!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
I saw the title of this post and I knew you would need a big virtual hug!!! I am so sorry you have to say goodbye (for now) to Chloe.... may her transition be peaceful and may the memories of your life together give you comfort in the days and weeks to come!

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
I am so sorry you and Chloe Sasha have come to this hardest part of your journey. As you prepare your heart to give her this last but greatest gift you have left to give her know you are doing this for her. Loving them enough to let them go and no longer suffer breaks our hearts but is truly our last gift to them. Keeping you and that sweetest warrior girl in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you both!

Otis - 106 pound lab/Dane mix, lost his right front leg to osteosarcoma on Febuary 9, 2016. Four rounds of carboplatin completed in April, 2016. Lung mets August 25, 2016. Said goodbye too soon on September 4, 2016. Lost his adopted sister, Tess, suddenly on October 9, 2016. likely due to hemangiosarcoma.
Wherever they are, they are together.
