What a thoughtful thread. Thank you so much for being here, day after day, to uplift, advise, share and care about each and everyone one of us.
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

I can just hold with what everyone here has written! It's really amazing how you Jim, Rene, Wyatt and angel Jerry are able to get all of us to feel special and taken cared of when one goes through tough times. Like many others say this forum/community has helped me so much as well and I'm so glad I started to look in here and write here again! My grief has been a little lighter after that. I hadn't red about Jerrys last days until a little while ago, and it was so sad but beautiful written, but I could really feel your sadness when you realised the moment was near to say good bye to Jerry. I cried so much.. But what a wonderful life he must have had with you! Travel around, playing, getting so much love and beeing in such amazing nature environment! He will always be in our thoughts and his spirit will live on forever! Beautiful beautiful Jerry!

Gunilla, thank you for a beautiful way to start our day. It's wonderful to know that your grief has been lightened just a little. The collective love of this community is certainly making the world a better place.
Yep, Jerry was a once-in-a-lifetime dog for sure. There isn't a day that goes by when we don't stop and think about how blessed we were to have him. It's quite an honor to know how many people he's touched with his legacy, and our own life is forever changed for the better because people like you have taken the time to be a part of the Tripawds Nation. Thank you again.
