As mentioned in my last post, Trey has been growing like a weed. I had a horrible feeling that he had outgrown his wheels, and an appointment last Thursday at My Pet's Brace confirmed it. We picked up his original set of wheels 10/22/2015, and in last 5 months he has gotten 5" taller!Â
The good news is that Eddie's Wheels think they can refurnish his current cart with taller wheels and a few new pieces and make it fit my larger puppy. Work toward his CGC just took a slight detour, but hopefully I'll have his new wheels in time to test. The challenge in the meantime will be trying to entertain for 3 weeks a pup who is pretty fit thanks to his wheels, without damaging his wrist, shoulder and spine. Swissies are not good at nosework, but maybe this is the time to try! lol!
No extra energy to burn here...
Oh he IS growing fast!
We'd love to see how nosework goes. I've always meant to get our Wyatt Ray started with training, he's a real scent-oriented pup. Let us know if you get started!
