Truth be told the internet generally thinks I'm in Arizona, although occasionally I show up in New York. I try not to think about it too much, it makes my brain hurt.
As for the pictures, one at a time, baby. Clicked onto an individual picture, right clicked (PC not MAC), "save image as" and saved it to a folder on my desktop. There were arrow keys so I could move forward to the next image - but only through that that page of the library. Had to go back to the library and move to the next page and start over. What was weird was when I clicked on the individual pictures, all I could see was the ransom image, "no third party hosting." I'm logged into FUbucket and it's bitching about that? How? Why? Or did it somehow sense that I'm a Bucketeer? But when I saved the images, they were real pictures. With the blindness, I missed two images in the Tripawds account and cannot for the life of me figure out which ones they were. In other good news, with that method I was able to pull the videos too.
Love! the Keep Calm Because I am a Robot. I only tried that adventure a couple of times - it wasn't working anyway. Just sat there and did ... nothing. Not so much as a little whirligig spinning.
I'll pull the photos into Dropbox. It's starting to look like there is some expectation of me doing actual work around here this afternoon so I will probably be out of pocket the rest of the day.
Clare, 350 mile round trip at zero dark thirty and you were still up at 1pm (my local time)? Are you insane?

Interesting the photos did download with the ransom block up! I didn't try that because I just didn't think it would work so great job!!
No you have to put them somewhere to load to the forums. Where Sally's or Jim & Rene's . Your not missing anything your on it!!
As for them knowing we are in there taking our own photos ? I wondered the same thing but I think we are giving them too much credit? Dunno but it doesn't matter if we got what we needed !! I do hope everyone who is affected has seen this before the bucket hopefully folds!! Oh PLEASE !!!🙏

You would need to put the photos in the dropbox then upload to the blog then we can access both to reinsert the photos.
Holly, you saw the ransom image on FUbucket when you were trying to download? If it's showing up for more than just me, I'm frightened.
I'm inclined, when we have everything that we need, to tell them what I think of their site when I cancel my account. If I was legitimately considering using that thing, ten minutes on the site would make me change my mind.
Clare, so glad you're sharing the driving. Is that with Meg or Elsie? Or both? I'm not certain which I would find more frightening.
Okay, Mr. and Mrs. pictures are all uploaded to Sally's blog. Not all of them have date stamps - I saved them as FUB had named them. The z-string bit is all there. Maybe it was pilot error but the few Sally's pictures i did, if I searched for more than the z-string I came up with nothin'. Hopefully that makes sense.

As for searching on Sally's photos anyway we had to sometimes get rid of the jpeg or png and then we could find the picture .
I believe that was how they were uploaded to size but miss giphy searching Mom would have to tell you that;)

I was simply too stubborn to accept that I would be downloading the ransom image. The one thing I know about software is that there are at least six ways to do any one thing. You just keep trying until something works. Failure is not an option!

Oh absolutely, my work computer is far superior to my poor old (6.5 year old) laptop. and my internet connection here is awesome. Probably why I haven't done something to improve the situation at home.
