One happy new mom!
For those that don't know Miles - here's what you've missed!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Another PAWSOME video!!! The song was perfect! Miles is such a cutie pie!!
-Chloe's mom
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I just love this video! I couldn't believe it when I found out that there was actually a song called 1500 Miles. And as if the title wasn't enough, the lyrics are just perfect, huh?
Thank you for the pawsome video and most of all THANK YOU to tripawds: All the people on the forums that helped me through Raven's journey, all those that helped Miles get to me, all those that helped make the video.
THANK YOU!!
🙂

What a great video! There is something about Miles that tugs at my heart, everytime I see that big handsome boy he brings a smile to my face! I am so happy that he found such a great home.

Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
Ok Comet Ok!! I'm the behind the scenes kind of gal you know....but if you insist...ok I created this video for Dawn and Miles. Comet put me to the challenge...afterall, we merged video production companies remember? I love Miles and thanks to his mom who gave me some good stuff to work with! Dawn - Miles is a quite an amazing tripawd and as I sat here working with all of these photos and videos I really can understand how you could love him so much! What a lucky boy to have found you as his forever mom....
Mackenzie and her mom Kami
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Well the video certainly could hold its own amongst the other Monkeybutt Production videos thats for sure! Great job Kami!!! The song was sooo perfect! And you did a great job with the pictures and video clips!

Thanks Chloe's Mom! Actually the song came from Dawn & Miles - just perfect in every way. I'm glad that we are up to snuff with that Monkeybutt productions - I was really worried there for a minute.

Who knows how to go about submitting it to Ellen Degenerus???? She'd love the job that Kami did and I have people that told me she'd probably put it on her show??

An absolutely magnificent job Kami! Mile's story is a beautiful one, full of love and compassion. It's amazing, in just over 3 minutes you were able to accurately and emotionally portray something of such depth! Kudos to you. It is obvious that the merger was a huge success.
