First and foremost, Happy Hannah and I know we're one of the "lucky" ones and we don't take ne single second for granted!! With every breath we take, every celebration, every moment of joy, we honor all of our tripawd heros who have crossed over. We have been given an incredible gift of quality and we could not be more grateful to each and every one of you for your love and support. We know we have the most exquisite wonderful Guardian Angels who have paved the we. We will always be eternalky grateful anf will ALWAYS remember them! ALWAYS!!

Thanks to some incredible effort on Tripod's mom Denna....and a very kind soul who was next in line (has to be a secret for now) Barney was able to be here in time to get this party started.....AND........in time to go on a special secret (for now) adventure!! More updates n that later.....

Happy Hannah and I are almost in disbelief to be celsbrating this MIRACLE MILESTONE!! NEVER, EVER give up and NEVER listen to a "poor prognosis"
Just stay in the moment...stay present...savor every single sacred second...treasure them...make each moment more fun and fullof love that you could ever dream possible!! SPOIL, SPOIL, SPOIL!! Whatever time youhave...make it THE most incredible experience of soul ddp love...lots snd lots of laughter...and hugs nd tummy rubs til your arms nearly drop off!!

Sooooo Hapy Hannah celebrated with a steak, green beans and blueberriy dinner with Barney!! Then, she had REAL GOOEY "realy bad for ys'" cake!! YAAAAAAY! A ONE YEAR AMPUVERSARY DESERVES CAKE!!

Also, if all my posting goes right, you'll see so e pictures of Barneyin the snow!

Cannot state enough how much love I have in my heart for each of you...I sooo mean that. Regardless of what the future holds, havingyou as our family will sustain me.....I will always have yor love and Happy Hannah's love no matter what. And I sincerely hope with all my heart, you feel our love and our appreciation for each and every ne of you.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Happy Pre 1 year ampuversary Hannah. I am glad you are having a good time with Barney. She just ate that cake right out of his mouth. I loved how she didn't even wait for you to cut up the steak for her lol.

OMC! HANNAH! Have you ever heard of small bites!? she just put that entire steak in her mouth! I was afraid for a second she was going to choke on it!!! Did she swallow it whole!?

Now Hannah, don't let that Barney get away with anything while he's visiting......he's a sneaky little fella. He must be a little confused by all those kittys. When he came to NYC for his visit, Jack and Jill stayed clear of him!

Happy Ampuversary Happy Happy Hannah! Your joy brings us so much joy no matter which coast we are on. You're a lucky girl that your mama can cook a steak that you want to eat. Shelby's mama can't cook steak very well so it's either raw or tough and chewy and extremely well done! smiley

Sally - loved hearing the joy in your voice and I could tell you were holding back some tears of happiness!!! Here's to many more celebrations with you two!

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Woo hoo! She's not just Happy Hannah today...she's Super Happy Hannah that gets to eat steak! Hoppy Ampuversary you two! Such a milestone. Thanks for being such a great inspawration.

Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

Woot, woot, woot, Hannah! What a great milestone. You are a total inspawration to all of us. And having Barney there was such a bonus!

Now, Hannah, you are definitely not as dainty an eater as you had us believing. Only those lovely green beans were spared from the Hoover that is Hannah! I just kept laughing as she was pitching them out of the way in order to find one more little drop of steak. And didn't your momma tell you that taking cake from the mouth of your pawty guests is bad form??? You are just one big giggle waiting to happen on every post we get from you.

PS. And yes, Sally, I think you may be right about the grey kitty.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
