I now have physical therapy to do. Today is the first time I have tried them at home. I have some pieces of papers with confusing pictures telling me what to do. Most involve lying on the floor. That little voice of common sense said "go in the bedroom and close the door". Did I listen to the voice? No. I decided to lie down in the middle of my living room. Cora had not had any play time today. Floyd had not had enough exercise today. Now, imagine ... rowdy clingy floyd and rowdy chomping cora and I....
That is all.
Awwww. The best kind of therapy there is!

You're doing these exercises for your back? And you've got Floyd and Cora usingnyou as their pull toy? Chew toy? Trampoline?
Ahhhhhh, maybe you better ask the doc for muscle relaxers instead of floor exercises!
Fun imagining the visual...painful vut fun!
Hugs to you and the pack!
