…then having the wife bring the mutts to work for a visit is a pretty good morale booster. As always, Bernie bin Laden wasted no time jumping up on my desk in dispatch, where he can look out the window and glare disapprovingly at passing boats that offend him.
Then it was off to the construction zone next to the station so they could run around and wear out, hopefully enough to keep them from molesting family members who come over for dinner tonight.
After checking out the construction, they headed down to the docks. Bernie supervised a fireboat as it docked…
…then inspected the troops.
After that, it was time to explore a fireboat…
…and pose for a picture with me.
It's anyone's guess whether this will be enough to tire Mr. bin Laden out for tonight, but we can only hope…
Your dogs always look like they have the best time. Mine are jealous. They just glare at me after you post pictures.

Great pictures! Everybody looks so happy. How nice of mom to bring the pups down to the harbor to spend the day working with the boss, dad. Happy Thanksgiving Maxidad and family. 
Great pictures!! Looks like Bernie and Linda are having so much fun being on the job with Dad. We'll keep our paws crossed for you that Bernie Bin Laden did get tired from his "Go to Work with Dad Day" today. 
If this didn't tire him out then I guess nothing will ever tire him out.

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Wear out? Who? Bernie? Hah! Maybe when he and Wyatt get together ... maybe. 🙂

Sadly, it was not enough to tire the little terrorist out for the family visit. The Leash of Obedience had to be deployed in order to keep him from jumping all over our elderly guests. Only Linda was allowed to roam free-range around the house.
Trouble was that way as a young dog! We could NEVER assume she wouldn't jump on guests. I broke her from juming on me, but teaching the technique to infrequent guests was hopeless.
