I'm laughing laughing. Not at your husband. If he looks anything like that photo I want to stay on his good side. Are you a believer in BF?

Here is a photo of Fortis staring down a rabbit. Not to scary from our vantage point but I bet that rabbit sees it differently. Fortis truly loves chasing down rabbits. I think they know he now only has three legs and can no longer catch them wink

Well, BF.... hmm.   Other than the possibility that I married him?  I have a hard time believing that as populated as this world is we have somehow missed seeing skeletons, or gotten some photographic proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that BF does exist.  On the other hand scientists are discovering daily life forms that the world hasn't catagorized yet.  So there you go, I guess I don't know.

I get creeped out by the unsolved mysteries show about the chupakandra, and ghosts.  Do I believe the in hype, obviously enough to have the hair raise on the back of my neck.  In the light of day it seems rather far fetched though.   How about you and yours out east?  Do you guys buy it?  Does Fortis ever growl menacingly at the door when nothing is out there?

Isn't there something in every area of the country?  I wonder how many of you have had unexplained phenomena?

(Now is the time for creepy psy fi music) great holloween topic...

Elizabeth, have you ever heard of the Legend of boggy creek? Scared the crap out of me when I was a young lad. If alone in the dark woods of night, I can definitely get the willies thinking about it even to this day. That said, I like the dark woods. Yes indeed Fortis will give out a low grumble at the door. Scares the wife but I've always felt safe with him around.

Since halloween is upon us I wanted to revive your scary face post.

Aw that's not scary, that's just Fortis' great big golden heart glowing through his eyeballs! 😉

Mom hated that Legend of Boggy Creek business too!!! Thanks for reminding her about it, she's going to have nightmares now!

Wow!  I thought Fortis was scary looking when I first saw him, but even now with his glowing eyes, he looks huggable!  Good idea about bringing this thread back.  I am on a mission to get a picture of Sammy smiling.  I think I have a couple more shots of SCARY SAMMY.  Keep bringin' it Mista.

I can't find the legend of boggy creek. I found the one about "sleepy hollow" that was creepy!  Maybe it is just in your neck of the woods...

It is true! Isn't it? I remember watching the "Exorcist" when it first came out. I couldn't sleep for a week. Crap, I don't even want to think about that movie.

Fortis' eyes............are you saying user error cometdog? I've always blamed the camera. And there's that devil face again. You like using that don't you?

Ok, I used a better search engine, (and the spelling of boggy not "boogie) and found the trailer.   That would totally scare the happy days right out of me, then or now!

Yup.  The exorcist is definately not a nice movie.  I saw it when I was in my 20's I think, and have been terrified of steep stairs and pea soup ever since!
