CELEBRATING FIVE MONTHS OVER HERE! Break out the ice cream!!
It's FIVE blissfully glorious months (and still counting...heck yeah' still counting!) of soooooo much loving and spoiling!! The happiest times that will stay with me forever!! She is having a ball getting loved! I think that tail of hers has wagged non-stop sice ampitation (well, except for that darn recover time)!
Of course, because of the priceless and ongoing support offered here, I am "living like a dog" being present with her and surround her with the most playful, positive, healing loving energy possible! The life alterng gifts of this journey are almost magical and make us all grow and expand the love in our souls to infinity
It is a privilege to be on this journey with such loving, caring people AND their heroic animal companions!
Happy Hannah and I are the "lucky" ones to have this ongoing time together. We ALWAYS celebrate in honor of present and future tripawds and those souls who crossed over but live on forever in our hearts

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

You guys are such a great team and such a wonderful part of this community. It's been such a pleasure getting to know both of you. Can't wait to see those PICS!
I hope that's the drinking kind of coke you're given to her....I don't think the other kind is part of any metronomics protocol I've ever heard of.....

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. So the most recent Sallyism: live like a dog! I've always said 'Be More Dog ', but your way works too, especially if you are living like Hannah gets to live- lots of love and treats and spoiling!
The pugs will be thrilled to watch me eat ice cream in Hannah's honor tonight. Green bean treats for the pugapalooza- their little stomachs don't do well with ice cream.
Keep on doing what you are doing- I for one am thrilled that you sharing your journey here with us.

ACL tear in right hind leg 12/5/12 and scheduled ACL repair surgery 12/21/12. Pre-op xrays revealed osteosarcoma. Amputation 12/28/12. Chemo (carboplatin) started Jan 10, 2013 and ended on April 5, for a total of 5 doses. He handled carbo like a champ! No side effects. We started metronomic therapy at his third chemo and have been also doing some holistic treatments. He's a lively, playful 10 year old huskie-boarder collie and a very proud member of the Winter Warriors! Our love. Our funny little guy!
Oh boy, I can't wait to see those pictures! Congrats Happy Hannah on your 5 month ampuversary!!!!!!!! You are such an inspiration and you and your mom are the best of the best of this Tripawd community. Sooooooo glad y'all are here and so grateful to know you......y'all are definitely my Heros! I remember seeing Happy Hannah's video coming down her ramp and not just the tail wagging but she has the best full body wiggle waggle I've ever seen! That is one happy and loved girl!

Shooter said to give one of his favorite girls a big ole smooch!
Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.
Happy Ampuversary, Hannah! Way to kick cancer's butt!!! Lily and I are running to the kitchen to celebrate Sally, I love, love, love your posts, and I totally agree -what would we do without you on this site. Thanks for being you and thanks for being such a great momma to Happy Hannah! Now go celebrate

Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Hoppy Ampuversary Happy Hannah. I can't believe its been 5 months already. I remember that first post so well. You both have come so far and are an amazing part of this community. Thank you for staying so upbeat & giving us that laugh when we need it. You both deserve props and I guess the coke & ice cream are great to start LOL
