Gayle's "juju" is magical and spreading all over the globe!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
My Mom is sooooo excited right now. She got a special package in today's mail. Her very own pair of JuJu socks!!!!
Miss Charon was so kind to send a pair so my Mom would have good JuJu when she does her dog rescue transports each weekend.
They sure are pretty socks and when she showed them off in this picture, I could just feel the magic!! They were so magical they made my eyes turn green!!!!
Mom was tearing up when she read the note. She says from now on Spirit Gayle will be riding shotgun on her adventures. Fine with me....I'd rather take a nap.
Love,
Pegz
Ooooo, Pegz, you are right - I can totally see the magic glowing in your eyes!
Those are lovely! Charon always does beautiful work! (I have a gorgeous red pair - but no photos of my big ol' feet will be forth-coming.)
Jackie, Angel Abby's' mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends

I gotta admit, bringing up this old post was sure a nice surprise! I loved going back and reading about all of the juju that was sent our way. Wonderful memories! (too bad, user #10711 decided it was best to delete his pics! )
