Hate to say this folks, but I give. Tazzie is just demoralized by Sir Comet's sideswipe. It will probably take him a few days to recover his manly pride, which is badly wounded. Besides it is one of the last night days of 'summer' in these northern parts so I am heading out for a hop down the block.
For now, I can only send you Tika's camping adventure:

Tika and Tazzie's humor was rather dark. I think the thread you want might feature more gentle humorists such as Maggie, Yoda, Jackers, Shilo or even Trouble and Jake (heck, someone in the list must have posted in that alleged thread! If I had posted in it, I'd probably be able to find it.) Or maybe just more recent humorists (apre-Tika and Tazzie).
It's all in your manly paws now Fortis.
OK, you guys, I can't believe one of us can't find it. Did anyone check Bob's (Cherry) posts? He had some good ones back in that time frame. I have to get food started, but I'll take another stab at it. What about Maximutt or maybe Wrigley?
Shanna & Spirit Trouble ~ Trouble gained her wings 3/16/2011, a 27 1/2 month cancer survivor, tail wagging. RIP sweetheart, you are my heart and soul. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.
The November Five - Spirits Max, Cherry, Tika, Trouble & Nova. 11/2008 - 3/2013 An era ends as Queen Nova crossed the Bridge.
I think Fortis and his photo is eating up all our bandwidth, slowing down my computer and making it hard to search. But that's okay. Virile Fortis can do just about anything he wants, right?
Â
I only have a vague memory of the alledged thread. Was this the thread that had a title that gave absolutely no clue as to its contents (or one of the many)? I think it might have been. If it was since Comet arrived, wouldn't he remember? He knows it all.
Betaman IS working FTE! 😉
I wish I knew the thread title. It's making me CRAZY!
Smooches back atcha Fortis!!!!

I KNOW TAZZIE IS A BOY! I have never gotten that part wrong! But his secretary is not! (Right?)
Â
I say 'bag the topic' – it probably wasn't that funny!
Â
Did Sophie by chance write in it?
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Oh Fortis, I just noticed the hanging slobber!  LOVE SLOBBER Kisses!

the ET girls
Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
I know this probably isan't the topic Rene is looking for but I thought it was worth a look. It was started by the "Captain" back in
June of 09.

Dad was escorted from the house late last night wearing a strange white jacket. He was incoherent and kept mumbling, "why Rene, why!" Mom said he might not be back and it was up to me to hold the fort down.
Fortis
Bingo - I think Fortis found it. Apparently he is not only handsome but clever with computers.
Â
As far as tripawds is concerned, that was BTT (Before Tazzie Time), which explains why his apparently elephantine memory wasn't able to help. We had arrived at the tail end of that thread, when Zeus revived it - which might explain the vague recollection of Cap'n Jack being instrumental - he started it!
Â
Anyhows, it is funny but needs to be continued, don't it?!?
Â
Enter (drum roll) . . . . who is next?
Woooo hooooo! Thank you Fortis and Tazzie, yes, this is it. The 2nd page doesn't have as many funny things as the first one though, so let me revive this in a new discussion! I want to start a "Top 10" kind of list. Stay tuned!!!
Thank you all for expending brain cells on this, you guys are wonderful 🙂
