This is hilarious to me ... took Jasper to the dog park this afternoon and it was 'play, play, play' as normal until this.... she went bat crazy and started digging up a storm. I couldn't figure it out and I was laughing so hard. I've never seen her do this before.
And then she would dash off like a manic freak show dog ...
Oh Jasper Lily ... thank you for the much needed smile and laughs today!

And of course we had this yesterday .... low growl for about 10- 15 minutes and staring at the ceiling. I feel like I am living in the 6th sense #jasperseesdeadpeople.
And for those playing along... it's 8:15 here and Jasper has put herself to bed in her her bed. Sleepy-time Jasper Lily... adorable ...
She cracks me up, seriously! She is definitely a healthy dose of "Shelby" ... manic, bat crazy and all in all silly ... I adore her. I really do.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

She IS a happydog and havint THE best time with you! Remember, you had a "connection" when you first saw her and you kept being drawn to her? Yeah, I think it's lretty apparent why Shelby had this one picked out all along!!! She lpves seeing her momma laugh..and she loves seeing her momma so confused trying to figure out why Jasper Lily does the things she does!! I think it's a secret that Jasper and Shelby share.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the movie"Sixth Sense"! An all time favorie! When it first came out, I went back to see it a couple of days lster..knowing what I was knowing about the ending! Great movie!
Now, Jasper Lily's low growl...fascinating! I have no clue!! And it only happens when she's in bed, right? Weird!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
OHHH! She is SO cute! I love seeing how HAPPY she is!!!!!! I can just hear the smile in your voice too 
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Too cute!!! I LOVE how she puts herself to bed at night. I couldn't get the 2nd one to play. My internet is terrible, but all I can get in the boonies where I live. She looks so happy and you sound happy in your voice. BTW, is that her bed or your bed she is on??? LOL Daryl is on mine as I speak. Thanks for sharing your adorable girl with us. TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.
Wheeeeeee! Now that is the kind of great Sunday every doggie dreams of! Now maybe if she'll discover the fun of digging in sand she might like the beach?!

I DO sound happy, don't I? That bat crazy kelpie mix does bring me a ton of joy for sure...
@ Lori - that is my bed in the photo BUT she can't get up there on her own (it's super tall and I saw her clear it once and it freaked me out). So I put her up there at night w/me and she knows ... somehow ... not to get down in the middle of the night.
However -this a.m. at like 4, I turned over and opened my eyes and she was sitting up - staring RIGHT at me. From a dead sleep to see this scared the you know what out of me... I think screamed - WTF Jasper?!?
She does have her own beds that she can chose to be on during the day however, I suspect she spends her day on the couch since that is usually where she is when I get home.
Yesterday's shenanigans clearly exhausted her ... she was pooped and slept through the night. I love sleepy puppy ... it's really hard to get her that exhausted!

Awwwww....Jasper Lily was staring at you while you were sleeping because she just can't believe how lucky she is to have you as her madre! She was just sitting there adoring her very own little Earth Angel.

So some of you saw this on Facebook this a.m. but seriously - I am living with Linda Blair. The staring at 4:30 a.m. is bad enough but the low growl?!? If she starts spinning her head and vomiting green, I am calling in an exorcist! It literally is like living in a horror movie ...

Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.
