I hope this doesn't offend anyone and I mean this in the best possible way but doesn't she look like she's got "resting b!tch face"? I mean, she's adorable and I love her little face and those big dumbo ears but she always looks peeved... I *think* she is happy but she definitely looks super serious ALL the time.
But she does have ALL her babies on the couch and she gets free roam (basically) of the apt while I'm at work but you never know what goes through that little head ....
Oh Jasper Lily... you don't need to be so serious all the time!!! 🙂

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Smore is my tripawd kitty who adopted me one summer evening. She had an injury to her front left leg and had to have her leg removed July 17th. She was only 3 or 4 months old at the time. Now she moves faster than some four legged cats!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
OMG this is so funny. We were teasing a co-worker this morning about looking grumpy and another co-worker said he had "resting b*tch face", it was the first and only time I have ever heard that.....until now!! Haha!

Have you looked at the Tripawds FB page lately? There is a picture of a Toy Fox Terrier called Dexter who has obviously made off with Jasper's ears!

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Not offensive at all! I know what you mean. To me, she has the look of intense, working dawgs, just like Wyatt. Maybe it goes with the ears?!

I have a little different observation with this sweet face of Jasper.......she looks like a deep thinker, as in, I THINK you better NOT touch my babies......!! And yes, she does look very intelligent, so the deep thinker thing works for her. This is opposed to my Pearl, who doesn't have a serious bone in her body, and everything is a celebration......seriously......but she is coming around a bit to know when I'M serious about something, slowly and reluctantly.

So for those w/human kids .... you know when you take a kid on a plane or a long car ride and you get them new toys?! Well I got Jasper some new toys for movie night tonight to keep her occupied and less freaked out (since once we are there, we can't leave if she spooks). I think she will be fine but just in case, I got her new babies and a rope bone since she loves to chew and of course she wanted to play with them all last night. I hope they are still fun for her tonight! She likes to pull the little eyes and ears off the babies. And she smiles!!! (and I hate to say this, but that IS a "Shelby" face ... 100% Shelby in there). And in Jasper's mind - with all her babies this is what she says: "Best. Night. Ever."

I LOVE it!!! She looks so happy and excited. Just like a kid in a candy store or a pup in Petsmart. LOL I agree with Bonnie, this one needs to be framed. Hey I like the B face too. Lucy has this grin that looks like the Joker ALL the time. That combined with the fact that the poor girl has no tail to wag. ( I didn't do it, she came that way) I just have to figure she is pretty happy. Now Chandler, he is another story. He has a grumpy old man face especially if you disturb his sleep. He looks totally annoyed. But the smile I get when I get home is so precious. I just need to somehow catch it on camera. Been trying for 11 years. Jasper is just so cute. TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.
