Hello TriPawd family!

Popping in with a new blog post featuring Tornado Tuck (he's getting a lot of names these days). Boone truly had a sense of humor when he sent this little ball of energy to us just 2 weeks after he crossed the Bridge.

Here's the latest!

Jeanette it is SO great to hear from you! Thanks for coming back to let us know what you've been up to. And boy have you been busy training Mr. T.

I'm thrilled that you and Tuck are doing so well. He looks ecstatic doing agility, what a pawesome sport to do together, talk about building a bond. Kudos to you, Dog Mom of the Year! superstar

We have been busy with agility classes. Funny you called Tuck Mr. T - that's one of his many nicknames 😉

I need to pop in here more often to see how everyone is doing. I've recommended this site to rescue groups up here that have taken in dogs needing amputation so hopefully your following (and donations) are growing.

Next time you travel north (and the Alcan doesn't eat your rig) make sure we connect! I would love to meet all of you smiley

Thanks, Sally. Tuck has been maturing - he's a bit of a sassy boy, talks back to us on a daily basis (definitely has some sled dog in there...). More so than any other dog we've ever been blessed with.

Hard to imagine that I nearly returned him to the rescue within 24 hours. I'm thankful I didn't.

Boone's memory lives strong with us - and there's no doubt he had a paw in sending Tornado Tuck our way heart

Jeanette you are so funny! Yeah we will definitely be back in Alaska eventually. I would love to meet up, we didn't get anywhere near Palmer unfortunately.

Thank you for continuing to spread the word, it's much appreciated!

An extra 3-paws up for sticking it out. I'm sure Mr. T is incredibly happy you did.

Puppies were 4 weeks old Saturday (the day we visited and took pictures). It's a very healthy litter of 5 boys. Each weigh around 5# right now. The little blue collar boy is a talker! I told hubby he and Tuck could have HOURS of conversation 😉 But we won't be choosing Tuck's companion until the first weekend in October. There's a family in Spokane that's been waiting 5 years for a puppy from this breeder so they get pick. But truly, any of them will be amazing.

I look forward to sharing updates, pictures and videos of how our dynamic duo are carrying on Boone's "bad dog bundle" legacy. heart

They are sweeties. I had several more pics, these were the best of the bunch. I have a super cute video of a couple of them "running" through the grass - may have to see if I can share that, too. It'll push you over the cuteness edge heartheartheart
