Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.

Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012. Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013. So sorry that Lexie and I are late to the Happy Hannah Birthday Bash thread, but we were very much there in spirit! (Love how Lori picked up on the MM / M&M connection in our other post btw.) Always love our Happy Hannah videos...and I bet her RB friends gave her quite the par-tay with all her favorites.
Btw, we were thinking of you on vacation in WV, Sally. Lexie got a chance to roll in one of Happy Hannah's favorites. Lol

Deb and Angel Lexie* Diagnosed at age 13. Tried radiation first; wish we had amputated upon diagnosis (even with lung mets). Joined Club Tripawd April 2014 & Lexie loved life on 3 legs! Advice: Start physical therapy as soon as your vet clears it, especially hydrotherapy if available :-) See Lexie pics here.

I missed Happy Hannah's celebration but wanted to send belated greeetings anyway. I think of you both, often. I was just talking about Happy Hannah to another mastiff owner. Love and miss you guys.

Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

THANK Y OU AMY AND LIBBY! And we miss you too and think about you sooooo often too! I know it's hard to be here sometimes and it just isn't the same. But those of us who traveled the journey with you and Libby, and shared in the momumental victories, the wonderful pictures and the love you srrounded Libby with as her earthly journey was transitioning will always be united. Posting, not posting, having something to say, having nothing to say, we are all still connected and united in a way that does not require constant communication.
I cannot tell you how often I see Libby's banner and I still smile everytime just like it's the first time!
