No, we thanknyou fornthe privilege  of getting to know this very special Soul named Pixie...and her very special  hooman too.

We know it's bittersweet coming  back here. Remember  though, we are family and we are always here for you...furever.

It may be too soon, or your grief may be too thick, but have you gotten any "signs" yet....any "connec8"...from Pixie?  You will of you haven't  yet and we woild love to hear avout them when you do.

It took me weeks to overcome the sadness, especially each sunday afternoon around 19:22pm the time of Pixie's passed away.  An end of a life is another begins.

I am so thankful that i found this website and you guys helped me a lot.  I will come visit this website still but if you need some information that related to Pixie's illness or even some other cats questions, i would love to help and it definitely my honor to help. I am not a cat expert but an ordinary cat mom.

====== not tripaw related======

I have a 15-y old with 3rd stage kideny cat, 3 14-years old still live healthly and happily cats and some other cats with youngest one at 7 years old. ^_^

The kidney cat has dementia.  She was howling heartbreakingly loud.  Sent voice clip to my vet, my vet said "Poor you and poor MiniMi"  I have tried Zyklene (worked for two weeks only), gabapentine (totally knocked her out for severl hours), Melatonie (not working at all) then CBD oil. Could not recomend CBD oil enough because after I put her on CBD oil, no more heartbreaking howling for 2 months.  Even she occasionally howls but not loud.  it does not sedate her but more vivid.  the CBD oil is a regular one not like Pixie's custome made.  However, my last resort of her dementia is CEVA Senilife.

Nana, one of 3 14-year old cats also my first cat, has slightly joint issue that caused by high jumps in her young age.  I will try LED light therapy on her and the kidney cat (daily subQ fluid poking).  I order a product name LumaSooth Light Therapy from the Internet and hopefully it works.  The product states that it is for pain relief, muscel & joint pain from dog arthritis, reduce inflammation, heal wounds and clear skin infections.  Some cat parents use it with good reviews.

in deed, i did get sort of signs from Pixie.  My Nana played blind string twice not long after Pixie's pass which she never did that.  Playing window blind strings was Pixie's favorite.  I know that Pixie is with me.  or at least, she is around me sometimes.

Oh, that's  such a "Pixie specific" way of saying hello to you and I'm still here♥️  Playing blind strings.......a very special  sign for sure.  I would say Nan knew she was connecting  with Pixie too.

Your insight and feedback you just shared about all the therapies you are using with your sweet kitties is very helpful.  Thank you for taking  the time to do that♥️

It's good to hear from you, and to know that you and the other cats are holding strong and steady through your grief. I'm so glad you decided to let us know how you are doing, and want you to know that you are always welcome here.

And of course we all learn from each other so please do post about your other cats any time you'd like. Consider starting a"Tripawds Alumni" Topic that you can feel free to post in any time if you'd like. Once a Tripawd mom, always a Tripawd mom. And with everything you've learned, you certainly do get "expert" status my furiend.

P.S. If you want to get more help for any of your cats with some expert CBD guidance from veterinarians, see this post for details. If it worked so well with your cat who has dementia, at least for a little while, there's probably a combination they can come up with that will continue to help her.

You are an amazing Tripawd mom and cat mom, we are so lucky to have you here.
