Yes, you concentrate on you. We'll be cheerleading in the background and supporting you as much as we can.
When you get your boy, don't concentrate on the incision. Just look into his beautiful eyes and say welcome home baby!
He will still be full of wonderful anesthetic drugs, and that's not a bad thing.
Big hugs, you got this! ❤️❤️❤️

Good morning everyone! It’s my last few hours without my boy FINALLY! I’m so happy! I will post Updates as I get them 🙂 (everyone’s leaving to pick up pablo in about 20 minutes) and I’ll forsure share pictures when my boy is back with me. Thank you again to my Tripawds family but most of all thank you Jackie and holly for being such amazing support for me through this!
So glad we've been able to help you get ready. Like Holly said, we've all been there. No two furbabies are the same but we all share that scary journey and appreciate being able to help others the way we were helped.

Update- dad and everyone are leaving to get the big boy now:)! I’m so excited but also nervous to see him😅. I’m nervous to see him like that and I really don’t want him to be in pain:( but I sent the list with dad (all my questions and a reminder for extra pain killers). I know they’ll take good care of our big boy on the way home:) I told dad to offer Pablo wet food on the way home to help keep him hydrated and sent puppy pads, doggy bags, and wipes incase pablo has an accident (sorry if that’s TMI). My sister and cousin will sit with him in the back seat on the way home to make sure he’s okay and doesn’t bother his incision and they’re going to keep him warm for me (he’s old and has a bad wheeze I don’t want to be treating for a lung/upper respiratory infection next haha). Praying for a safe trip there and back❤️🌹.
