Great going Jim, Rene, Holly and Purrkins! I haven't downloaded it but will when I have time to sit down and read it.
I know it will be a fabulous resource for new members and I suspect experienced kitty tripawds will still have something to learn.
Not to worry Sally, there will still be new members on the forum looking for emotional support and there will always be some unique questions since all cats are unique. Mona still surprises me with her confidence and deterimination.
Congratulations everyone on this huge accomplishment!
Kerren
This is SO exciting. Well done all of you, and extra ear scratches for superstar Purrkins. I can only imagine what an immense amount of work it was to put all this together but I know what an invaluable resource it will be for countless kitties and their families. I am going to download it too. I’m sure much will be relevant to Meg and me, but also it will help me to be able to offer better informed support to kitties on the forums. Now I just need to get me a three-legged cat.
Thank you for everything you do and for giving us all so much.
Meg, Clare and Angel Pie ❤️❤️❤️
Ruby, Staffy, born June 2022, became a Tripawd, November 2023, adopted January 2024.
Also Angel Tripawd Meg (aka The Megastar), who died in April 2023, aged 14, after seven glorious years on three, and Angel Staffies Elsie Pie and Bille. In the pawprints of giants...
We could not have done this book without everyone who has posted in the forums and blogged thru out the years. Every trikitty every hooman! Every one of you has put into this resource! We all would have LOVED and I mean loved to have this handbook when we joined. We did this out of love to help every trikitty that has to go thru this. We all know it's not a journey any of us wish to be on but we all stay to give back and help others.
Rene, Jim, Karen, Sally, Donna, Teresa, Lisa, Christine, Lith & Moe, Quirkyfriend( Jack), Christopher, Linda were who posted in our first post over 2 years ago we would not have gotten this far without each and EVERY Member! The love and support.
We lost a leg to cancer - we gained a community of beautiful souls! Friends we have made we will treasure for our lifetime. Purkins hopping on over two years yea all our TREASURED GIFTS!
I will never forget the day we joined and had to ask the scary questions I will never forget any part of this journey and we can all THANK Tripawds Rene and Jim for making this ALL pawsible for EACH OF our furry kids & kitties who WERE second-class citizens:)
You are all gifts to this community we are blessed to be a part of it!
Love to all!!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!
Holly, Mark, Mr. Purrkins & Sexy Saxton
Ditto to what Holly just posted, thank you everypawdy! It's been a long process and well worth it.
The book was made pawsible by the generosity of everyone who has shared their feline Tripawd's experience. Admin and I were completely in the dark about Tripawd cats when we started this community, but ever since Fang came along we have learned sooo much about kitties and their recovery process. It's definitely a different recovery than what dogs experience, and we are glad that now we can make sure that cat parents are never left feeling alone during this scary time.
Trikitties Rock!
P.S. Kerren, you have been so helpful in sharing Mona's experience, we definitely owe you extra hugs & scritches to Mona herself for enlightening us. THANK YOU!

Brilliant!!! Absolutely Brilliant! I have read through every page and will be going back to check out everypawdy’s links as well, i love that there are so many of our friends in the book!!!!
Jim, Rene, Miss Holly and Whispering Purrrkins you have done a brilliant job on putting together a very comprehensive and fun book to read! I am able to relate some things to my old Spikey in regards to where his pain levels are at and i have further insight into all things Catssss! The whole book is super easy to navigate through and all of the informative links are just brilliant! I loved the back pages, for forms that can be printed and taken to your vets. We all know how intimidateing and frightening this whole process can be and we forget what we wanted to ask or point out. These forms make it super easy!!! Well done all of you!!!
It is brilliant that you have included pictures and links to all of our SuperStar Catssss! And Whispering Purrrrkins should be so proud of himself and his Mum! It is obvious that many hours have gone into this project and kudos to you all for pulling it together so well!!!
it is a brilliant reference and i will be sure to send people to it for a much needed resource for all things for Tripawd Catsss!
I thank you a million times over for this wonderful gift Miss Holly! It is a treasure for life!
And thanks a gazillion times over to Tripawds.com!!! We all couldn’t do it without you!!!
