Hi friends!
Thank you so much Jackie for creating this thread for me, it is expected of people my age to be in the know with technology and how media works, but I'm not very good at it!
So my name is Amber, and my other half is Clyde. He had a devastating accident just yesterday morning (a fanbelt injury, this is why we need flying cars), and the vet promptly took him into surgery.
So far I've met several amazing people here with great advice and I'm enthusiastic about what the future holds!
He is still spending time in veterinary care because he has so many other injuries, but in the meantime I'm preparing for his return home!
If there is any advice you can give me on ANYTHING involving recovery, adaptation, and just what I should expect on my journey from now on, feel free to comment!
I intend on posting updates and pictures as much as I can, and you can check out my blog: http://ambandcl.....ipawds.com
I'm so excited to be apart of this community, and especially knowing that I'm not alone on my journey.
Much love,
Amb n Clyde (aka Lt. Dan)
Amber,
Just checking in to see how you and Clyde are doing?
Rusty "The Bunnyman" adopted us in 2014. Aug/Sept 2017, back left leg amputated (HSA cancer). He remained cancer free over 900 days. Cancer returned as of emergency visit on day 931. 15 days later, he gained his wings 04/18/2020 due to congestive heart failure. He will always watch over his fellow tripawds and their hoomins with Head Scritches and Sand Paper Kisses.
