Take the Pledge to Adopt PALs

If you’ve ever adopted a homeless animal from a shelter or rescue, you know that in the end, you needed that animal as much as they needed you. There are a zillion reasons why adopting a homeless pet is a wonderful act of kindness, but unfortunately millions of homeless animals still linger in shelters each year, which is why The Pets Add Life (PAL) Campaign was created.

Life is Better with PALs

The Pets Add Life (PAL) Campaign is especially encouraging people to bring home more than one animal through kooky and fun videos like this:

By asking people to take a fast and simple PAL Facebook pledge, PAL hopes to build public awareness about the many benefits of adopting homeless pets.

The pledge is easy. By publicly committing on the PAL Facebook page, you promise to do one, two or all of the following to help end homelessness among animals:

  • to adopt your next pet
  • to volunteer at a shelter
  • to take a photo of a homeless pet and share it

Tripawds Spokespup Wants Another Pal Too!

We asked Tripawds spokespup Wyatt Ray what he thought of having a friend to keep him company. Wyatt told us:

“Sure. I’d love a friend. Like that guinea pig. Or maybe a ferret like SnotFace Critter (see him in the left corner of this pic?).

I’d like lots of those guniea pigs too.

Every. Single. Day.

Please take a second to show your commitment to homeless pets. Take the PAL Pledge Today!!
