Does anyone have a great vet for tripawd injuries in San Diego? My girl has been tripping with her remaining front leg and this is not normal for her. Thank you!

Hi there! Sorry to hear she's having issues. Front-wrist (carpal) injuries are common and with the right kind of exercise and PT usually resolve themselves. Has she seen a rehab therapist yet? If not I'd say it would be a good place to go after an orthopedic vet reviews her symptoms.

For canine rehab, you want a center that practices multiple modalities (not just one, like water therapy), and also has a veterinarian on-staff. Here are two that look good to us:
