Hi there! Sorry to hear she's having issues. Front-wrist (carpal) injuries are common and with the right kind of exercise and PT usually resolve themselves. Has she seen a rehab therapist yet? If not I'd say it would be a good place to go after an orthopedic vet reviews her symptoms.
