It's used but clean and works fine. It had a little fraying that's been fixed when I got it.
These are great for keeping your pup in a car seat safely and also for walking if needed.
I use this model and size for my 23lb Golden/Corgi tripawd (missing forelimb) and my 59lb Cattle Dog.
The sell for about $20 shipped. I will send this priority mail to anyone that needs it for $5. If anyone is local to Lake Ida Dog Park in Delray Beach, I am there usually Saturday and Sunday mornings between 9ish and noon. If you meet me there it would be free.
It's the deluxe model with the wooly/fleece lining.
