Sounds like a great time. Can't wait to do a party in the spring in VA. I am still planning but it will probably just me no doggie. Too far to drive by myself and I will probably fly in 🙂 At least hoping I get to come.

Sally - I am going to update Shelby's blog today with the photos... I have over 30 and don't want to clog the forums! But yes... best time - ever!!!
I was wearing my #tripawds tank and wearing my custom necklace and it was the best!!! This woman, who ironically had a tripawd w/her came up and asked us what we were doing and Shelby's mom, Cindy, gave her a bandanna!! I am still SO happy!!!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

I enjoyed seeing you and Jasper again, and of course our old friends and new friends. Jack and I were trying to decide how long we have been meeting... we came up with 5 years but obviously our math is weak. My first meet up was in November of 2009 so it has been 6 years for me and 6.5 for the original Nor Cal group! Talk about building friendships through this site!
I took, lets see... no pictures again. I had my hands full as you can see in the picture above

I missed out on another awesome pawtie I see... I'm glad you all had fun! My job kept me until 1pm and Iris definitely gave me the stink eye, as we were off to Bodega bay well after the tripawty, she knew she missed out on a party! She gave me that look until I was finally able to give her some much needed attention and love in Bodega. In the city here I don't let her off the leash unless it's gated, but I let her go on the beach and she had a ball!
Is anyone against meeting up in the Sacramento area in the near future? I'll start a thread for it, there are some great dog parks here and the weather is most accommodating lately!
Again I'm sorry we couldn't make it, but we're both looking forward to meeting all of you!
