Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Oh gosh no apologies necessary! You've had your hands full and you even managed to write a beautiful post about the last few weeks? WOW!Â
I loved your description of her recovery. And oh my gosh she went into the pond? That girl really is " a wonder of stubbornness and stoicism"! You are so right, she's not ready to throw in the towel, she has a lot more of this life left and it's our honor to get to be part of it in some small way.
Let us know what the oncologist says. Here's a post you might want to check out just in case you forget to ask something:
Questions to Ask Your Veterinary Oncologist
Just wanted to say how adorable your girl is. Love the pics. I must say week three was such a victory for Brownie and I. Brownie was almost 12 at time of amputation of left fore lumb. I joined this community about a week after amputation. My first post went something like "I want my dog back." I was told seniors take a little more time to get their mojo back. And at week three he was back and his mojo was bigger than ever and it just got better!
It sounds like your girl is doing awesome and so many victories and celebrations ahead.
I am a little behind but wanted to say congrads on the poop. I sure there have been many since. Lol
My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

Thanks!! Â She's definitely coming along. Bit of a hiccup starting chemo because her incision wasn't healed to the oncologists liking, but hope to start next tuesday. Â Made a little video of her out today. Tried copy and pasting here but oh well. Here's the post! Â https://www.fac.....446870051/
Pretty girl looks quite confident in her gait đź‘ŤÂ Maybe give her some good massages after her little walk abouts. This will help keep her muscles from getting tight and sore while adjusting to three.Â
Thanks for sharing this.
