Awww. Thanks everyone! I am so glad that Bucky's story has helped some with their pup's diagnosis. I think sometimes a dog's heart is just too big for their body and they have to go somewhere where they can spread their wings. This morning, right as the sun was coming up, a flock of mouring doves flew right over the house, then as they reached the roofline, scattered into different directions like a firework of feathers. I can't help but think maybe Bucky sent them (he was a bird dog). It is funny too - none of the other dogs will sleep in the bed that was Bucky's favorite. Maybe part of him is still snoozing there.

Interesting about his bed. Some believq our Spirit energy, even though it jas transitioned, likes to jang around for awhile to make sure we are okay. Or, it just could be that Bucky's staying for awhile so they'll stay the heck out of his bed!

Bucky is totally in that bed! The doggies see these things, how I wish us humans had that natural ability. Beautiful.

Awww . . . just now catching up on things and all I can think of is how my heart is both warm and sad at the same time. What a beautiful testament Bucky's life was and what an inspiration to all of any leg count.
