My jack Russel lulu had her left hind leg amputated in January she came through the op amazingly but the last week she had been biting the scar and surrounding skin and has now made it really sore,bleeding. I’m going to call the vet tomorrow but was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing? I’m feeling quite disheartened because I felt like we had came through the whole thing so well.

Sorry to hear about Lulu. Yes, other Tripawds have had this happen. Sometimes it's a matter of an internal suture reaction, sometimes it's scar tissue that bothers them, occasionally it's pain that has been untreated. Most times it's not serious and easily treated. If you have a cone of shame handy, start using it if you haven't already.
Let your vet know what's going on and keep us posted.

Yeah, as Jerry said, this could be so many TREATABLE things. Glad you have a Vet appointment to get things figured out. Aybe take some pictures to keep to Chronicle jer recovery from whatever this is.
