Ben owes his life to a kind man who rescued the injured stray, got him surgery, nursed him back to health, and fell in love with him. But one of his family’s other dogs attacked gentle Ben, and it’s not safe for them to stay in the same house. So now Ben desperately needs to find a forever home.
Can you help?
About six months ago, Ben was found starving in a field with a badly broken leg. He was already neutered, so must have belonged to somebody once. But nobody came forward to claim him. Sadly, the vet had to amputate one of his front legs. Ben gets around fine on three legs, is healthy and house-trained. Plus, he has a wonderful, warm, yet dignified personality that quickly endears him to everyone who meets him.
CONTACT INFORMATION
If you or someone you know can offer this sweet survivor a home, please call Matthew at (951) 288-1231 or email him at:mat2778@gmail.com. He’d be thrilled to hear from you and happy to introduce you to the amazing Ben, who is currently living in Riverside, California.
You can also help Ben find a forever family by posting his adoption flyer wherever dog lovers might see it.
