Jerry, awhile back I took it to a best buy because it would take so long to tap out each letter...and the same old skipping letters, etc. They did a "soft reset" (?) where I guess it gets rid of some _cookies"........OFF HANNAH.....GET OFF THE COMPUTER NOW......NOT THAT KKND OF COOKIE......ugh, slobber all over me!
Anyway, I tried that the other day....you stick a toothpick into this little teey hole and hold it 20seconds....still did nothing
I'm trying to "study" Jim's words and be a little more educated.......So JIM....my GB is one.....1GB....I have plenty of "storage" and you explained that was different from ram.......my Browser history shows I've used 1.63GB Sooooo could it be my browser is full...or something I kow it's not visible in any way shape or form....but I really, really am TRYING! Seriously!
I have a gazillion pictures of Hannah ad I went through last night and deleted some....sad face..sad face......and that seemed to brimg the GB useage down, biput not below one GB I'm sure this as zero to do with anything and probablh makes zero sense bt jist thought I'd ask.

Before you delete your pictures take it somewhere and have them put them on a disc for you or a flash drive. Best buy will do that. I don't know anything about tablets but that should be able to be done.

I hit the link Heather gave me based on Jim's assessment and BNGO...BANGO... now know how to clear COOKIES! (shhhhh...don't yell "cookies" too loudly, Happy Hannah's in the room)
Didn't clear cache or history....wasn't sure what I would be eliminating and that scared me......but I dumped the cookies and then tested to see if I could get in chat room ! Thank you so uch for your time AND patience:-)
