I registered as a new user. I think I am logged in because I see the photo I have uploaded and my login name. When I go to the chat room I get a prompt to login again and when I enter my information it says my user ID and or password is incorrect. I have reset it and the same thing happened again. I have done this twice. Advice? My dog is having surgery next week and I could use the support. Thank you so much Karen
Karen it appears you are logged in now. When you went to the Chat did you scroll down and wait for the chat box to appear? You should not need to log in now.
