I don't report everytime anymore and I know some others don't either.
Does that hurt the process by not reporting or is it no longer necessary at this point?

Does it hurt, no. But at this point it's not helping either as we've gathered all the info we can and are still banging our heads against the wall about this. So, you can stop reporting the issue for now, until we try something else and ask again.
Please know that we are working desperately to figure this out. In fact, we currently have a team of about five techs putting serious thought into the issue every day. Including some rather high level hosting gurus—no more trained monkeys on this project!

Hi Jim. Just wanted to let you know that I just got kicked off two times in quick succession. This hasn't happened in quite a while, so I thought it might be worth noting.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

In our continuing efforts to troubleshoot this nagging issue we have deactivated out Global Content Blocks which will wreak all sorts of havoc, mostly only visually, and hopefully temporarily. So, the random Tripawds banners will be missing for a while, as will certain widgets...

There have been periods the past week that log outs (for me anyway) were happening more than ever!
With great hesitation I can say that it has not happened today, and I don't think any yesterday.
If it means no banners for awhile to make this issue go away..YAAAAAAAAAY

Do you want log out info to start up again?
Also, do you think it would be helpful to llst some sort of "alert banner" mentioning log out kssues and reminding members tl copy bedore submitting. I say this because we see some of the "newbies" make a post and mention that their previous post "disappeared", or wouldn't "submit". They are in the dark as to why this happening.

OK... That most recent log-out just now was intentional, and network wide. Sorry if it caused any trouble, but it was necessary as part of our continued efforts to address this nagging issue.
We just added some code that should force an extension of the user session timeout. In other words, we're still workin' on it! Maybe this will do the trick...if you do happen to get logged out again, please clear your browser cache and wait before reporting it.

Oops....disregard above because I didn't clear cache. The only thing I could find that jad anything to do with cache was...
Under settings....then under storage....then cache.....when I tapped it it said " this wil l clear all cache in apps" /or something like that). Is that what I want to tap bedore reporting?

The only cache that needs to be cleared is the web browser cache, and if problems persist, then cookies. Not sure where this is done on a tavlet, but on an iPad there is a specific setting for Settings -> Safari -> History. Look for any settings related specifically for your browser to avoid clearing any unnecessary data cached for all other apps.

Your good Admin Guy!! I found..... FIREFOX......CACHE.....CLEAR.....all on the same line just like you told me to try and find. Hit cleared so we'll see if that made a difference. If not, I'll move onto clearing cookies.
