For the record, we have reset the combined CSS and script cache, and flushed the general cache at the system level here, and are replying via Android emulator without any issues.

Hey guys, at work but I checked my email and wanted to help out (I hope) Here is a screenshot from Edge on my android phone. I also opened up in Samsung internet and that was even worse. I had to keep scrolling through subjects in the technical forum just to get back to here with it. Have not tried Chrome yet, I do have that on my Samsung so I will check it out.
On desktop there are quotations still, but I have not found any on android.
I just opened up in Chrome for android and it looks the same as Edge.
I hope this helps a little.

The forum layout appears back to normal here in all browsers/device combinations that I tried. Though the Tripawd pages are very slow loading right now.

That is because we were working behind the scenes and restarting various services on the server in an effort to resolve this issue for everyone.

Yes, we have removed the Quote Reply option on mobile devices, and reordered the buttons on desktop. Too many users were quoting whole posts rather than replying.

Okay, dirst let me say, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, anywhere in ANY instructions ANYWHERE about clearing flipping caches and cookies shows ANY screen that looks like mine!!
I found "something "...see below. If I can find the blankety-blank thing again, do I hit CLEAR ALL CACHES? Do you see it at the bottom of the page in vlue?

Yes, clear all cached files.
If issues persist, clear cookies from Tripawds.com - not necessary to clear cookies from other sites or you will have to log back in there too.
Clearing all data will do all of the above.
if enough members notice missing quote button on mobile devices, it may return.

Hmmm...as this is clearly a caching issue, we wonder if all browser cache for the device has been properly cleared. Clear all cache, log out, close browser, restart device, shake well, start device and relaunch browser. To confirm repeat steps with alternate browser.
And yes, you want to remove site and cookie data, but only need to do so for any "tripawds" domains.

It's not likely anything we did, but the total clearing of cached resources, which can happen over time but usually requires manual intervention.
I have one taBlet that works with the original format...
If you got one working as expected, the other one can be done too.

@Sally, shaken not stirred If you are having a hard time Sally, please get in touch and we will walk through it together. I have a Samsung tavlet that I have not even opened since this all happened. I have difficulty just giving step by step on things I don't do often, but hands on I can tackle it no problem. We can do ours together if you'd like.
