Okay, Happy Hannah and Frankie count as ONE entry. But I could NOaT not put my Happy Hannah in this thread!
Happy Hannah's rear leg amputation was due to osteosarcoma. Everyday after she woke up from surgery was a bonus day...a true gift! She accepted her new challenges without skipping a beat. Acceptance, a learning lesson dogs already "do" without effort. We humans have to really work at it! Staying connected to this community steadied me and kept me from sinking into the abyss on many different occasions
Happy Hannah wagged everyday of her life...every single day. And she wagged as she joyfully headed off to the Bridge one year and two months.worth of sweet bonus days later!
Thank you for the privilege of being your human soul mate Happy Hannah.. Nothing could ever replace you Hannah....and nothing could ever take you away.

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
I tried to give Hannah five stars, but the silly iPad stopped at two! Definitely a five star Tripawd!!!
Kathi sand Murphy
Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Sally what a beautiful tribute!
