OK...Maybe just one more.

Kathi and Murphy

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

So glad to see Fang.  I loved your picture in last year's calendar!

I have taken several pictures of Murphy and actually posted them on FB and asked his friends to weigh in.  We still have not come to a consensus, so I will put two of them in here and see if we come to a decision.  Otherwise I guess I will just have to forward both of them and have Rene choose which would be best.

=D Thanks

The second one of Murphy is the best, methinks - look at that smile! :3

Kathi, I vote the 2nd one! He looks like he's smiling big for the camera

Darn Murph....you just don't take a bad picture!!!

After foing back and forth, I, with mich hesitation, eliminated the first phot. Now, for me, it's between the second one with his adorable happy smile and cocked head...and the third one with his glorious eyes and the red flowers in the background....the orange flowers really complemented his golden auburn eyes in the first phot, but red is really his color.

That's the best I could do!!!

Chantal/Fang: Perfect! Nice big file size, great resolution.

Kathi/Murphy: Any way you can send us a larger image? 1024x728 will appear about 3" wide in print.

Thank you!

Not a problem with the bigger image.  I will send it direct, rather than through Photobucket.  These are actually pretty big files.  I guess that the "smiling" one is it!  Can you let me know if it arrived large enough?  The original shows that it is 3648 x 2736.

Murphy 15 months post-opImage Enlarger

Murphy was 7 years old when he was diagnosed with histiocytic sarcoma and had to have his right front leg amputated.  We were told if we were lucky that we would get 12-18 months with him.  So far, we've had 18 months and he's still hopping around!  His lungs are clear and he can run, jump, chase squirrels and dig for mice under the wood pile just like before.  clap

Donna, Glenn & Murphy

Murphy had his right front leg amputated due to histiocytic sarcoma at 7 years old. He survived 4 years, 2 months & 1 week, only to be taken by hemangiosarcoma at 11 1/2 years 6/12/17

Nope! FYI: Others cannot access a user's private docs on Google Drive. To embed photos in the forums, the filename must end in a valid image file extension (.jpg, .png, .gif, etc.) and it must be publicly viewable. Feel free to email your photo.
