FOUR!!!! Count them!!!! FOUR Fabulous Furballs!!!! Ah ah ah!!!! Four Fabulous Furballs started on a very special journey one year ago!
First Bellona! That's one!
Then Rio! That's two!
Then Dakota! That's three!
And then Bud! That's four! Four Fabulous Furballs!
This is a bond that can't be broken by time, distance, or death. EVERY single one of us is entitled to celebrate, even Princess Rio (especially Rio!) who is such a trailblazer that she hurried on ahead of us. She is waiting for us so that when we show up, we won't be scared or lonely. So all FOUR of us will pawty! Ah ah ah!
From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

I'm ordering milk shakes for everypawdy! It is pretty pawesome in doggy heaven! We can get whatever we want - so Flying Dutchmen and shakes for everypawdy! Followed by cat poop and raccoon paws for dessert! "Let's get it started in here; let's get it started in here..."

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Hey, we missed one February Furball Ampuversary! Spirit Gayle was February 17th! It would have been her 2 year celebration!
Let the celebrations begin!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Indeed, Gayle must come! We don't know everypawdy's special date, and that's why we threw the doors open wide. Come one, come all! Our dates are all over the month, so we figured it's safest just to have a party every doggone day! Well? What are you waiting for? Go have fun!

thanks for the invite!! we say, gayle was 'february' when 'february' wasn't cool..... i'm sure she'd love a party, however it will definitely lead to a medicinal nap, especially after all those wonderful yummies!!!
