Omg this is so something that would happen at my house lol and only at 3am! Silly brownie! We had a cat that insisted on playing in the toilet anytime the lid was open.
I have to say im a bit envious of the weather you all are having. Tonight its suppose to get down to 35° and tomorrow is suppose to be a whopping 60° im not ready for it yet!!!!

My sweet soulmate Roane was diagnosed with osteo in June of 2019. Had a rear leg amp on July 2nd & crossed the rainbow bridge to be with her sister Gypsy on the first day of Autumn Sept 23 2019.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was just saying how I cannot leave any lid open in the house. Oscar the kitty has had a toilet obsession since he was a wee lad. If anybody forgets to put the lid down, we come back to water all over the seat, floor, rug... he loves to play in the water.
Oh, and he drinks from the sink twice a day.. when I brush my teeth. He races me up the stairs and is waiting on the counter of the bathroom sink for me to turn the water on so that he can get a fresh drink. I guess nopawdy told him that cats are not supposed to like water 🤣🤣🤣

Way to go Brownie. I wonder if it has something to do with the height of the toilet versus his water bowl. Is his water elevated or on the floor. I hear that elevating the water bowl, especially for larger dogs is better for them.

Yep, I've had some of my dogs prefer toilet water too.😎 Frankie loves his toilet water, Myrtle nope.
Could it be because it's ceramic versus the stainless steel water bowl??? Dunno.
TMI but I only loghtly use safe natural pet friendly cleaning product on it and flush a gazzillion times after cleaning. Yeah, he lifts up the toilet seat too.
Because Merry Myrtle is a slobber, slime, drool drinker, I'm changing the water bowl probably ten times a day, so it's always fresh and cold well water . Their water bowl is raised about six or seven inches.
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Dogs to toilet water = Dogs to fire hydrants 
Just something magical about toilet water I guess

His bowl is raised. He just knows what he wants, and he usually gets it!

66 degrees. Wind is blowing, chimes are chiming, and tails are wagging!
However, back to the 80's next week. Only in Texas....

Lol, not just in Texas🤣 we had almost 2 months of mid 90s and all of a sudden high was low 70s, 68 on one day😳 Today was 79, tomorrow night hitting 39..... thirty freaking NINE!!
Im afraid to plant anything in case we freeze or burn 😂😂😂😂

Loving the weather!
Woke up with three friskey dogs this morning and tail just wagging! Brownie spent most of the morning outside rolling in the grass. He loves the cooler weather and so do I! Windows and doors open airing out the house after a horrible, hot and sticky summer! Now we can start walking and playing outside again! YEA!!!!!!!!

It's fully Fall here. I'm a fair weather friend, but my boys prefer cooler.
I started my spring cleaning. I am a bit late! Lol
My dogs prefer the cooler weather as well. Brownie has always hated the heat, even when he was younger. I prefer the cooler because I am older. Lol
