Can't believe it's been 6 months since Marley had her surgery! It seems like years ago. She's doing so well! I took some video of her running in the yard today (she actually got the "sprints"!) and would love to share one clip. I have no idea how...help? Just want to show everyone what she can do - she'll be 13 next month!

I can't wait to see your video. Do you have someplace else on the web that you can upload it? Then you can post a link to it here. I know that Jerry has a tripawds group on You Tube and you could join that and upload it there. I am totally not an expert-but I am sure Jim or Rene will stop by soon to help!

No doubt about it - we have cause for a real celebration - another milestone has been reached by a real hero and family. Like Cherry, Marley is a more senior companion which only makes this "borrowed" time more precious. We will be lifting our glasses, celebrating vicarously, and joining in voice with our near neighbor Codie Rae in a show of support and jubliation of this glorious news. Such stories definately help encourage those who are just starting this journey.
We will be anxiously waiting your video postings. (I have gotten photos and have a site dedicated to detailing Cherry's journey, but have not yet crack the video.) Good luck, positive thoughts, and looking forwared to many more ampuversary's for Marley.

Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.

oh my gosh she is soooooo cute! I love her floppy little walk - it reminds me of a puppy! I can't believe she's going on 13! Glad she's doing so well and I give her a gold star for all her hard work!

The video clips are great and we are so glad that you figured out how to get them online. However, are you sure that Marley is 13? She has so little graying, has a very young (and beautiful) face, and carries herself like a pup. I guess it is just the TLC and attitude of the owner to stay young and enjoy life. Both of these clearly show in Marley's face.
Can hardly wait for the next great milestone.
