Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! I got the call that I can pick up Riot's ashes. As much as I want them home, I'm devastated. I kept hoping this was a terrible dream.
A very bittersweet time.......so many mixed emotions....glad he's home snd yet still so hard to believe. He'll know he's home though💖

Oh dear sweet Riot! Im so sorry to see this post, my heart is breaking. We were blessed to know your wonderful boy. Thank you for sharing his story with us. ❤ Riots posts and pics brought me a smile even on rough days. Know that we're thinking of you and sending love and healing to you and czar.

My sweet soulmate Roane was diagnosed with osteo in June of 2019. Had a rear leg amp on July 2nd & crossed the rainbow bridge to be with her sister Gypsy on the first day of Autumn Sept 23 2019.
That is the part that makes his passing so painfully real, my heart aches for you.
His sweet soul and all your memories together are always shining bright though, and will carry you through the terrible grief that feels never ending. Try to recall those times to ease the pain, if you can. It’s hard, I know. But it’s what your sweet boy wants, to make you smile again.

Adriana, I am so sorry to hear of Riot's passing. Our furbabies are truly family, and I know that you are heartbroken right now. In time, I hope that you will be able to think of Riot and smile. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Riot lost his leg a year ago today. I honestly believed he was going to make it this far. It's been over 5 months, and I still miss him so much. I'm so grateful for Czar and the puppies. I can only hope that Czar makes it longer. In a few weeks, he will have.
Thinking of you on this difficult day...in a few weeks, it will be 6 years that my Nitro lost his leg.

It is easy to see how over the moon Riot was in love with you, and you him. Even though his life was cut short, what a life he had!
on the 5th it will be three months since Brownie passed. Sometimes it seems like yesterday and sometimes like an eternity.
Czar is doing awesome so just concentrate on that, and Czar has Angel Riot watching over him....

My Beautiful Beloved Brownie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 26, 2019. With all odds against him he lived an additional one year and eight days with amputation, love, and prayer. I was honored to be his mom, and I have never been so proud! He will live forever in my Heart!

Wow I can't believe it's been a year. I'm so sorry, these anniversaries are so hard.
After all that you and Czar have been through since Riot passed, I'm certain that somewhere, he watching and so proud of how you both rose to the occasion to kick cancer's butt.
