Thank you thank you to Joan, Sally and Stephanie. I guess "OK" is a relative term, as I know you all understand. Three weeks tomorrow and its just not any easier. Did my first solo hike today. That was tough. Sally, I will definately check out the jewelry. I seem to remember a Tripawds bracelet somewhere as well, I will look for it. Joan, I am so sorry about your sweet Lily. I too come around a corner expecting to see Baron in his special places and its such a jolt when I realize again that he is gone. My heart goes out to you and I am so sorry for your loss as well.

Happy Mothers Day tripawd Momma warriors! It has been a full month now since my sweet boy is gone. I am trying very hard to "move on" and not be a Debbie Downer to my friends and family. But on days like these it is just below the surface. My wonderful family has spoiled me rotten today, I am incredibly grateful to them. But I am missing the other man in my life terribly. There is not an hour that goes by without a tear. He would have been such a huge part of this day.
Wishing all of your fur baby Mommas a most wonderful Mothers Day! Enjoy all the slobbery kisses and wagging butts. And keep fighting the fight. Baron beat osteosarcoma, whats to say your baby can't as well? Wishing you all a blessed day.
I donated two big bags of food (the best of course, for my sweet boy) and a lot of Baron's leftover medications to a rescue group today. I hope it can be helpful to those sweet creatures that have not known the love that so many of us here give to our fur babies. And over a month after losing him it is still just as difficult as right after he passed. Met a very sweet little pit bull girl when I was at the rescue organization who took a liking to me. All it did was make me cry every harder. Stephanie, I think of you often and hope your doing OK.
