My soon-to-be tripawd will need a harness for me to help her around when she has her surgery on Sept 6th. She only weighs 20lbs but with all the surgery we just can afford another $50-60 for a harness. I tried a normal harness but it only supports her front. She is having a rear leg amputation due to a break that failed to heal properly with a pin.
We are located in WA state.
Thanks,
Rachael and Super Sprite

Hi Rachael,
I have a couple XXS rough wear harnesses, but I have modified both of them to fit my pugs. Did you measure Sprite and the XXS is the right size? I ask because I've had trouble fitting my pugs. Their chests are too big for the XXS so I had to lengthen the straps. Maggie was a rear amp and the harness worked well for her although she didn't like it and didn't really need it (her harness was already donated). My quad pug Obie had knee surgery in February and the harness worked great to help him around for several weeks. I could but his leash on the back ring and help him hop around.
Send me a PM and we can see if one will work for you.
Karen
