Hello, I am fostering "Boo". We found him in a shelter with his damaged leg wrapped and apparently had been sitting there for a month. We found a doctor who would amputate his leg and he is now with me while he heals, post surgery and is doing great. He has some issues though. He is fearful and when on walks, if he gets spooked, he will try to slip out of his 4 legged harness and bolt. He is scared of strangers, cars, busy traffic, loud noises-so he obviously was hit by a car. I want to slowly and patiently introduce him into scary situations so he gets his confidence back. He is one years old and loves to be outside, so I can't wait to show him the world. I want him ready for his "forever home" so there is no chance he will get returned.
I am one of those people who is losing their home and all that goes with it, so I am a bit cash strapped. If you have a harness for Boo we would really appreciate it with all our hearts!
thanks, Gail
Gail,
I have a medium Ruffwear Web Master harness . Is that specifically what you need?
It has not been used but I tried it on my dog (who was wearing a large that was modified) who never
got to wear it. So I know the sizing. It would work for a dog from about 45-65 lbs.Would that suit Boo?
