Betsy Golden
Betsy Golden and Angel, Eddy. Eddy was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma 7-23-14, had a left rear amputation 8-07-14, had 3 rounds of carboplatin chemotherapy, a small lung met was discovered in October, had 2 rounds of doxorubicin, and unfortunately more lung mets were discovered. Eddy fought cancer valiantly and went to the Rainbow Bridge 1-6-15, at the age of 7 years and 359 days, just six days short of his 8th birthday. Best Dog, Ever....you will never be forgotten.
Betsy and Eddy........such a kiind and thoughtful gesture for you to do on behalf of sweet Golden Eddy....and he is GOLDEN!!
You are in our thoughts every single day. You and Eddy are family and our hearts have more smiles on them because of the privilege of knowing you both.
Love,
Sally and Happy Hannah and Merrh Myrtle too
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
That is really sweet of you Betsy, and not an easy thing to do. Some pup out there will greatly appreciate your generosity and find lots of use for these items. Thank you so much.
By the way, the Farabloc blanket is great for easing migraines, headache and other neck pains as well. We use ours more than Wyatt Ray does!
Lots of hugs and thanks coming your way.

Emily, what is your dog's girth size? That will ensure this fits.

Hi Betsy! I am soooo sorry about Eddy. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is to pass along his items, however, we could use them if you are truly sure you are willing to part with them. We are super new to the community (have been lurking for a while). Our 11 year old pit/lab mix, Jilly, just had her front right leg amputated on Thursday due to a mass in her bone (still out for biopsy and praying it isn't malignant). She was limping for a little while and our old vet had said it was from re injuring an old injury but then it got worse so we took her to a new vet who did xrays last week and found the mass and then this week it was amputated. It was so abrupt that we are scrambling to get everything to help her so anything will help at this point. Please let me know if this is still available and I would be more than happy to pay shipping and any other charges (I know this post is old but I figure it's worth checking.). I hope your heart is healing well.
