I bought this harness for my boy on etsy. My boy had a 21.5"-22" waist with all his fur. The harness has a soft fleece lining but is not a full torso harness. I was hoping to use it postoperatively to help him around and not hurt his incision site. I'll post the listing if you would like to look at and see if this is good fit for you. I also bought a pair of booties and non skid socks for him so he wouldn't slide on wood floor. These are still in package unused. I have happy to give away for free knowing it is helping another.

Our dear Christina, such a beautiful way to honor your sweet Darby. I know your emotions must be all over the place posting this. For those who don't know, Darby transitioned within hours of surgery. Heartbreaking beyond words.
To carry on Darby's legacy in such a life affirming way to help others is such an extraordinarily compassionate gesture. It's such a testimony to who you are as a human being. Reaching out to others while in the depth of despair is a true testimony to your stre gth of character

I am happy to say that the harness, booties and socks are off to help another. Tomorrow night will be two weeks since I lost Darby, it still feels like yesterday. I never saw him sick. Although he had a bit of a limp he was a sweet happy boy and it stuns me that he is gone, there is a big hole in my life. I keep thinking he just around the corner.
So sorry the way things turned out Christina. Imw sure you are still stunned. What happened was such a shock. So unexpected. So sorry, so very, very sorry.
I know packi g up the harness and booties will be hard. Hard and sad. I hope knowing that Darby is continuing to help others will bri g you so e comfort. Darby's legacy moves forward in a kife affirmiw way. Somehow I think Darby likes this gesture on his behalf
I'm sure the person receiving this will treat it with a reverence that is befitting your sweet Darby.
Darby was a gift to us all. And now he continues to give. Thstxwr what he does. It's who he is.
