OK, I gots wheels! Heard from Bri and she can only do Sunday but needs to find a sitter for one or both of her dogs. So its not sure she will be able to make it but lets just plan for Sunday no matter what. Paula, how are your pups with other dogs? Any issues?Â

Well, since nitro is gone, I have a 13 yr old westie who is fine and a 4 month old westie pup who is just an annoying puppy, lol. So I'm not really worried about them and other dogs. Â I'm good with either day, just let me know

Yes, Marsh Haven Nature Center! It looks like a nice spot. But they do ask for an admission donation of $2! If it was California it would cost at least $10! Extra added bonus--Marsh Haven is just down the road from the apple orchard I mentioned.Â
OK, good to know about the pups. I asked because Bri mentioned Gerry is not always at his best with bigger dogs
 I wouldn't know anything about that, my pack are all perfect with other dogs

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Oh my goodness, how badly I wished I still lived in Madison, WI right now! I grew up about 15 minutes from Baraboo (Skyla did too). I caught myself choking up when I told myself "that would be silly to go, you don't even have a Tripawd to bring anymore!" But you know what? I would still go to meet Skyla's virtual friends and be comforted by the site of so many "hops" all at once.Â
If ya'll happen to change your meeting spot, Devil's Lake State Park is absolutely worth it! They even have a dog beach area, and it tends to be pretty quiet this time of year. Just a thought. Skyla used to love going there, and she had her last visit a few years ago when we drove back to see family.Â
Her and I will be there in spirit! Have a BLAST!

Hi Rae, I wish you were still nearby too...and you don't have to have a Tripawd to meet up with "family". Sadly, a lot of us have lost our Tripawds now, but we will always be family. So be on the lookout for future gatherings, hopefully one near you. Sorry to hear about your beloved Skyla, take care.

Wish I could have gone!!! Me and the dogs were under the weather in various ways. I, or even we, will definitely make it next time!
Gerry has been a tripawd since 12/16/2009.
He was a shelter dog with a mysterious past and an irrepairable knee injury.
