Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

How far is this from Frederick Md. Anyone know?
TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.
That would be awesome! Zach and I would love to get together with some other tripawd sand pawrents!
There's no date/place yet. I think the idea is just being thrown around to see who's interested!!

Why not set a date before it gets too hot and everyone's on vacation? Just a thought

Ok fellow Virginians, and those close by, any one have an idea on picking a date? Or should I just throw some out there and see which one gets the most votes?

I say throw out some dates! And see which gets the most. Is there a central ish location? We are in Charlottesville not far from Richmond or Fredericksburg.
Okay.....jist kinda', sorta' throwing this out there..... Hapy Hannah and I live in Powhatan...which is knda between Charlottesville and Richmind.....about an hour from Charlottesville and avout 45 minites West of the City of Richmnd.
I have 26 acres not fenced).....but five large "dog yards" inividually fenced. So while dogs would need to be on leashes unless they stick by your side like glue .....the scent of deer may turn everyne into a "tracking hound" for a few days if not leashed! Anyway, depending on how they interract with each other individually or in pairs they could be "leash free" in the yards.
Now, it's a very old home, no air conditioning and just one outhouse outside. KIDDDING about the out house!! 
It does just have one bathroom though! I cook with a toaster oven and I just jave one burner on the stove that works! I say this to prepare you for a "Day in the Country Picnic"!! But the outside, the oustide is surrounded by the bliss of nature!! While somewhat overgrown, it has huge old oaks and walnut trees for shade and nice grassy areas for sunning!
Perhaps everyone could bring a "dish" ad I could furnish beverages (jusr let me know what you like). I use block ice as my refrigerator. JUST KIDDING again!!
Needless to say, I have very mixed emotions and their will be some bittersweet tears for some of us. I would give ANYTHING...ANYTHING..if you all could smooch my Happy Hannah's mug and watch how happily her tail wags nn-stop! You would be smiling and laughing the entire time you were in her presence, that's for sure! But seeing you guys and your pups or cats.....best picnic ever!!!
Sooooooo excited to see everyones pups...AND cats......tripawd or quadpawd...that will DEFINITEY make our hearts sing!!
